The REAL Solution: Water

Simply maintaining a well-hydrated body can improve and even cure chronic diseases that would otherwise be treated with toxic medications, progressively worsen and weaken the body for more illness.  Be sure your water is pure and filtered!

Adding lemon/lime to your water makes it more refreshing and adds healthful natural minerals, vitamins, and enzymes.  Add some mint or cucumber slices to your water to add a hint of flavor.  Spicy Lemonade (cayenne pepper, fresh-squeezed lemon, blackstrap molasses/agave/stevia, filtered water) is a well-known natural beverage.  Ever tried a mojito without the rum and sugar?  BE CREATIVE!
