Heal Thyself ↔ Healthy Self

by Raffi C, MD on October 29, 2010

The phrase “Heal Thyself” may be proverbial in nature.  But, its simple derivation to “Healthy Self” can be just as proverbial.

These two phrases are dualistic in nature: unique and separate, yet united and one in the same.  To heal thyself, one must be the healthy self.  To be the healthy self, one must heal thyself.  We all know how to do this; we’ve simply forgotten.  But, it’s never too late.  The mind-body-spirit triad is of the utmost importance to maintain harmony and balance in our lives.  Remaining in tune & enriching the triad with mental, physical, and spiritual nutrition is vital to health & healing.  Incorporating these practices into your everyday life are actually quite easy.

MENDication’s dogma and approach were created in order to make such practices practical and achievable.  So please remain positive!!  No matter what disease/dis-ease experience, the appropriate knowledge, guidance, and action will catalyze the healing process.

Welcome to MENDication!
